What is our pricing policy?
Although many of the items in our store are unique with limited pieces, we do NOT exploit this or overprice them.We keep the prices of our clothing in store reasonable.

What happens if I realise my items have been ruined during delivery?
We will check and pack your purchases with care, but we do understand these things may happen. If your puchases were delivered by Speedpost, you can also contact Speedpost directly at 1800 222 5777 (Singapore).


What happens if I realise the package I received includes the wrong items?
Please drop us an email as soon as possible. Once we've cleared up our mistake, we'll be sure to pick up the package and send the right stuff along your way. At no extra charge of course!

Can I return my item and get a refund?

Goods sold in The Closet Soiree Blogshop is non-returnable or exchangeable.

Delivery

All prices are in Singapore Dollars. For Singapore addresses, we only deliver through registered mail. Please read further on delivery to international addresses.

What are my delivery options if I have a Singapore address?
You will need to have your items delivered through registered mail. We do not recommend normal mail due to the potential risk of items lost in mail. If you prefer courier service to your doorstep, please let us know under Special Requests in the order form.

Kindly take note that registered mail or courier doesn't work after office hours.


When are our "Mail Days"?
Our standard Mail Days are Tuesdays and Fridays. What goes into our Mail Bag are orders confirmed with payment by 12pm the day before (i.e. Monday 12pm or Thursday 12pm).

Deliveries are normally arranged to reach customers on Friday afternoons before 6pm.


How much does it cost to register my article in Singapore?
There will be an additional $2.24 for each registered article on top of the normal mail postage charge. Purchases that weigh 2kg and above will be sent via courier delivery as Singapore Post does not accept these for normal mail service. Please see courier rates here for Speedpost Islandwide Services.


How much do you charge for courier delivery in Singapore?
The following are the rates for purchases that are up to 3kg and up to the maximum size of 40cm x 25cm x 20cm. Purchases that are heavier or larger will require additional charges.
For purchases up to $300: $9.15
Purchases that are heavier or larger will require additional charges.

Please note that there is an additional $10.19 surcharge to Changi Airfreight Centre, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Terminal/Wharves, Ministry of Defence COMCEN. There will be no delivery available to other offshore islands, Changi Airport transit lounges, military camp sites, and Paya Lebar Airport Communication Centre.


Why do I need to pay for delivery?
The delivery charge is NOT a hidden cost in the items' price.


I live outside of Singapore. How will I receive my purchases?
International customers have three shipping options:
1. Registered airmail 2. Speedpost Worldwide

Unless requested, all international orders will be shipped by registered airmail, which includes a $2.20 charge by Singapore postal service-- your package will be trackable. All charges will be according to the weight of the purchase, including the packaging.

How much does it cost to register my article to be sent overseas?
It is an additional $2.20 for each registered article on top of the airmail postage. As of 1 Jan 2009, all international orders will be shipped via registered airmail, unless requested otherwise. Hence, all shipping estimates received by international customers would be inclusive of the $2.20 registered charge.

Airmail charges vary for different countries. We'll need to weigh your purchase and calculate the cost based on your overseas address. Once we've gotten this done, we will contact you with the details.

Payment

How do I pay for my purchases?
Through bank transfer: either DBS, POSB or UOB account. Or secured online payment with your credit card through PayPal.

In the order form, you will see the option for Bank Transfer or PayPal.

Bank transfer - Kindly complete your details for your bank, account number and delivery option. After sending us the form with the order, you will see the bank details or from our confirmation email. Please make payment and contact us with your transfer date and reference so we can confirm receipt.

Paypal - We will send you an online invoice to your email address and all you have to do is to click the button on the email to pay securely online. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service.

Please note that if you wish to have courier service, you will need to indicate it under "Special Requests". We will contact you with an invoice within two working days. All orders will be processed after payment is made. We will not be able to reserve the items for you if payment is not made within three working days.

To order, simply fill in the item number, size and quantity in the online form and your details.

You can make payment to our DBS/POSB/UOB account (details on the email invoice).

We often find exciting, hard to find pieces sourced from our personal buying trips from US, Europe, Hong Kong and China. Please do note that for almost all our items from blogshop are limited to only one piece, in a specific size and colour. Unfortunately, there will be no back-orders available.

So be the first to know when new stock hits the website by registering with us. You will be pleasantly surprised by the selections available for your choice.

We guarantee that the quality of our clothing are superior to most Singapore based stores online; no scratchy, cheap or thin fabrics. The fabric type and material will be stated in the description of all clothes in our blogshop. Afterall, we only will select clothing of quality fabrics.
